I then conduct a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding your case to determine who the liable parties are and what, if any, insurance coverage exists. I remain in constant contact with you as well as the opposing insurance carriers in an effort to settle your case for the money you deserve. If a fair settlement cannot be achieved, I will not hesitate to take your case to trial in order to get you the recovery you deserve.

I used to work for insurance companies.

I started my career with a small plaintiffs’ firm but a victory in the courtroom led to a job offer from a mid-sized insurance defense firm. I worked for that firm for a year before leaving to take a position as a Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As a Deputy Attorney General I represented various Commonwealth agencies such as PennDOT, The Department of General Services, The Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. I left the Attorney General’s Office to work as a house counsel trial attorney for an auto insurance carrier where I spent the next eight years representing the company’s insureds in auto accident cases. While working for insurance carriers, I was able to see how they value cases, how they build a defense and how they handle settlement negotiations.

My experience working on behalf of insurance carriers is now dedicated to helping YOU.

Working on behalf of insurance companies gave me invaluable insight into the way they operate when combating a claim. In 2011, I decided to establish my own firm and use the experience I obtained working for insurance carriers to help those injured in accidents and those who have been denied coverage for a property damage loss.

My goal is to see that you receive maximum compensation for your case and are able to move on with your life as quickly as possible.
